Why We Started
There is no shortage of firms who will build an enterprise a model, and no shortage who will write it a slide deck about AI. We were founded to work in the gap between them.
That gap is the operating model, the approval chain, the integration work and the change management that decide whether a working model ever reaches a customer. Most stalled AI programmes we are called into have a perfectly good model sitting behind an organisational problem.
We are usually not your only supplier and do not try to become it. We are comfortable defining standards that other people's teams build to, and comfortable being measured on whether your own team can run the result without us.
